Yin Yoga is a wonderful way for athletes to compliment their workouts. It is a soft yoga practice which allows you to feel a deep stretch before or after a workout. This is the kind of stretch that allows the body to heal and increases the benefits of the workout. 

Yin targets the connective tissues which have the ability to reshape which is why the yin postures are held for 3-5 minutes. The environment is warm and calming for students to experience their bodies and release tension.  Listen to the podcast to find out more!
